Projects

Two healthcare workers

Thriving in Health is an innovative collaboration between a consortium of Victorian health services and leading experts in workplace mental health and wellbeing. 

Working with the Black Dog Institute, FBG Group, and Dr Ollie Cotsaftis and RMIT’s School of Design, Thriving in Health will work on four innovative projects that aim to prevent mental injury and promote good mental health in frontline healthcare workers. 

Our Key Projects

Improving mental health with job control

A collaboration with the Black Dog Institute to enhance mental health through job control.

Managing exposure to trauma: Critical Incident Response Model project

A collaboration with FBG Group to develop a prevention-focused, evidence-based, Critical Incident Response Model.

Safety Sensescaping: Design project

A collaboration with Dr Ollie Cotsaftis and RMIT to explore the use of design in workplace mental health and wellbeing.

Leading in Health: Education for leaders project

A collaboration with the Black Dog Institute to help leaders prevent mental injury and foster mentally safe and healthy workplaces.
