Managing exposure to trauma: Critical incident response model project

PROJECTS

  • Improving mental health with job control project
  • Managing exposure to trauma: Critical incident response model project
  • Safety Sensescaping: Design project
  • Leading in Health: Education for leaders project

Thriving in Health is partnering with FBG Group to deliver the Critical Incident Response Model project.

The Critical incident response model project aims to improve healthcare worker mental health and wellbeing by managing exposure to potentially traumatic events using an evidence-based and prevention focused system response.

Acknowledging the challenge of implementing research insights into practice, this project will support managers and decision makers to create long-term and sustainable change through cultures, workplace practices, policies, system and individual behaviour.
